Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and apply qualified engineering review to any SMARTY.cc output before acting on it. SMARTY.cc does not certify simulation results or replace engineering judgment.
What is SMARTY.cc's liability?
The service is provided on an "as is" basis and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SMARTY.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. By accessing smartie.cc or the SMARTY.cc product, you agree to these Terms. If you are using SMARTY.cc on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
SMARTY.cc is intended for engineering professionals and engineering organizations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your use of SMARTY.cc is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
SMARTY.cc is an AI copilot. It assists with workflow description, automation drafting, and repetitive setup work inside HyperMesh environments. SMARTY.cc does not certify simulation results, does not validate mesh quality, and does not replace qualified engineering review. You and your organization remain responsible for all engineering decisions.
SMARTY.cc and its underlying software are owned by SMARTY.cc and its licensors. You retain ownership of the engineering content you submit. You grant SMARTY.cc a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you.
SMARTY.cc relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. Your use of SMARTY.cc is also subject to any applicable terms of those providers where relevant.
SMARTY.cc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMARTY.cc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMARTY.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Either party may terminate access at any time. SMARTY.cc may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.
Governing law and venue for a given engagement are set in the written customer agreement between SMARTY.cc and the customer. Users are separately protected by the data-protection regimes that apply where they are located, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA where applicable.
