Too much engineering time is spent preparing models instead of evaluating designs.
An AI copilot built for HyperMesh engineering.
SMARTY.cc is an AI copilot for HyperMesh engineering. It is designed to help engineers describe workflow tasks in natural language and translate that intent into repeatable HyperMesh actions and automation. Engineers remain responsible for reviewing and validating every output.
- AI copilot built specifically for HyperMesh engineering workflows
- Natural-language direction of CAE model preparation and automation
- Designed to reduce repetitive engineering setup work
- Works with the HyperMesh environment teams already run, not instead of it
- Engineers stay in control and validate every result
A conversational layer on top of HyperMesh.
SMARTY.cc is an AI copilot for HyperMesh engineering. It adds a conversational layer to HyperMesh so engineers can describe the task they want to complete in plain language and direct the workflow from there. It is not a replacement for HyperMesh. It is not a simulation solver. It is the conversational automation layer that sits on top of the engineering environment teams already use.
A repeatability and accessibility problem.
SMARTY.cc exists because expert HyperMesh workflows do not scale on their own. Senior engineers repeat setup work, junior engineers struggle to follow unwritten procedures, and automation backlogs route through the few people who can script.
Experienced HyperMesh users repeat the same multistep setup tasks across programs and projects.
Engineering automation normally requires scripting expertise that most domain experts do not have.
CAE knowledge is frequently trapped in individual engineers, local scripts, and undocumented procedures.
Complex interfaces and workflow variability make onboarding and standardization difficult.
SMARTY.cc is built for engineers and engineering teams that use HyperMesh for CAE model preparation, meshing, simulation setup, and related preprocessing work. Primary users include CAE engineers, FEA analysts, meshing specialists, structural analysts, crash and safety engineers, NVH and durability engineers, and engineering automation developers. The strongest fit is an organization that already runs HyperMesh, has repeated preprocessing workflows, and wants to standardize and reuse those workflows without asking every domain engineer to become a scripting expert.
Three principles.
SMARTY.cc sits on top of the HyperMesh environment your team already runs, adding a conversational layer without replacing panels, scripts, or solver toolchains. Three principles guide how it fits into an existing CAE workflow.
- P.01
Conversation over interface hunting
The engineer describes what they want to accomplish. SMARTY.cc is intended to reduce the need to locate every command, panel, and menu path manually.
- P.02
Automation without removing judgment
SMARTY.cc assists with execution and workflow automation. It does not remove the need for qualified engineering review. Engineers remain responsible for validating model changes, mesh quality, solver inputs, and final decisions.
- P.03
Works with, not instead of
SMARTY.cc is positioned as an AI layer for the HyperMesh environment teams already run. The goal is to make that environment easier to direct, automate, and reuse through natural language, not to replace it.
A qualified engineer reviews and confirms every SMARTY.cc output before it becomes a change to a production model. The default posture is transparency, review, and confirmation: engineers can understand what will change before it changes, generated workflows are treated as drafts until tested against a known baseline, and SMARTY.cc does not certify models, validate simulation results, or make engineering decisions. Those responsibilities remain with the engineer and the engineering organization. This is not a caveat. It is the correct design for a tool that operates inside safety-relevant engineering workflows.
Our mission is to make expert HyperMesh workflows repeatable and accessible to every engineer on the team, so CAE knowledge stops living in individual scripts and individual heads and starts compounding across the organization.
SMARTY.cc is being developed as an AI copilot for HyperMesh engineering. Current access, deployment options, supported workflows, and commercial terms are confirmed directly with the SMARTY.cc team. If you are an engineering organization running HyperMesh with repeatable preprocessing workflows, the right first step is a conversation about a narrow, well-defined pilot, not a broad rollout.
What SMARTY.cc does not do.
SMARTY.cc is an assistive layer. Engineering responsibility for model correctness, solver setup, and result interpretation stays with qualified engineers.
- B.01
SMARTY.cc does not replace HyperMesh.
- B.02
SMARTY.cc does not replace a solver.
- B.03
SMARTY.cc does not certify results.
- B.04
Qualified engineers must validate all model changes and solver inputs.
