This policy applies to visitors of smartie.cc and to users of the SMARTY.cc product. SMARTY.cc acts as a data controller for account and marketing data, and as a data processor for engineering content that customer users submit into their workspace.

• Account data. Name, work email, and organization submitted when requesting access or creating an account.
• Product usage. Basic telemetry required to operate the service (sign-in events, feature usage, error logs).
• Engineering content. Prompts, workflow descriptions, and generated automation drafts submitted while using SMARTY.cc.
• Correspondence. Messages sent to hi@smarty.cc and related support threads.

SMARTY.cc uses only the cookies and analytics identifiers required to sign in and operate the product. A current list is available on request to hi@smarty.cc.

Personal data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Account data is deleted on request unless retention is legally required. The per-category retention schedule is provided on request to hi@smarty.cc.
